This Case Study concerns Senzio.gr for October – January 2022/2023 vs June – September 2022. The goal of this project was to increase revenue by 50% in premium & luxury watches and jewellery products.

The goal was achieved, and the revenue increased by +75.12%!

Client:

Senzio.gr is a jewellery store under the name Belibasakis. For decades, their mission has been to provide the best quality possible to their loyal customers.

The physical stores were established in the city of Heraklion in 1949. Today, they are an integral part of the luxury options in the island. The expansion of the physical stores to an online one was triggered by high demands of the public.

The brand provides the most Premium & Luxury Brands in jewellery and watches that will accompany you in the most important moments of your life.

Brief:

The goal of the project was to increase Revenue by 50% in Premium & Luxury watches for the months of October 2022 – January 2023 and increasing the Conversion Rate by 40%.

To achieve this, Senzio.gr invested a total of +25% extra in Google & Meta Ads during the period October 2022 – January 2022.

Solution:

Performance Max Google campaigns & Meta Catalogue Sales campaigns played an important role in achieving this goal.

We created a custom target audience (Value based) through first-party data (CMS) and at the same time, we launched Lookalike Audiences to find prospective customers that matched the initial audience’s behavior. A strategy focused on Remarketing Campaigns that followed the Marketing Funnel, almost instantly increased both the Revenue and the Conversion Rate.

The Retargeting strategy we followed was launched on both Meta, through various ad formats (images, video ads, collection ads, etc.) and Google, mainly through Display & Youtube Ads.

These digital strategies we opted for with this client, succeeded in increasing the Revenue by +75.12% with Transactions reaching +63.89%, an Average Order Value of +6.85% and a Conversion Rate of +93.56%!

Finally, we can conclude that with the appropriate strategies even through such a short period of time, we managed to achieve more than the desired results.
